The application will be for the whole site in outline, with details of the initial infrastructure and our first phase - a large purpose-built distribution facility. Following our previous community consultation held in November 2021, we are now seeking your views on the proposals before we submit our planning application later in the year.

OUR PLANS
We have worked closely with Bassetlaw District Council to make sure we can help to achieve its ambition of bringing new, high-quality jobs into the area.
The Apleyhead site is well positioned to become an important hub for businesses operating both regionally and nationally. Our first phase will be occupied by a major distributor and will generate significant levels of investment into the district during both the construction and operational phases.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CONNECTIVITY
We are committed to delivering a sustainable development which is well connected to the existing town of Worksop.
Our proposals will also provide new and improved transport infrastructure, including encouraging active travel by introducing safe pedestrian and cycle links along the A57.
